Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fee

Registration and application processing fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable under any circumstances as they cover administrative setup and student enrollment costs.

2. Course Fee Refund Eligibility

Course fee refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• If a student requests cancellation at least 3 days before the official commencement of batch classes, 80% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded.
• Once batch classes have commenced or after attending 2 classes, course fees are non-refundable.

3. Batch Transfer Option

In genuine circumstances (such as health reasons or school exam schedules), students can request to transfer their admission to a future batch within 6 months without forfeiting their paid fees.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode or bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days after approval by the management.
